How to Develop Effective Training: Part II

In the last article on effective training, we discussed areas of training that are most necessary and which training materials are most appropriate. Now, let’s consider these common questions on training: How you will train for each topic? How do you measure understanding—and what if a trainee just doesn’t get it? When should you provide training? How do you determine criteria for retraining and develop a disciplinary program to enforce the training?
