Donald B. Rineer
As a director with Auman, Mahan & Furry, Don Rineer focuses his practice on representation of the firm’s business clients in mergers and acquisitions, complex transactions, corporate, real estate, construction, technology, and litigation matters. Such clients include closely held businesses, financial institutions, construction contractors, trade associations and real estate investors.
Don takes pride in being highly responsive to his clients, working with them to understand their business needs to find practical and efficient solutions and to implement protective measures. Don understands the issues and realities that business owners face and uses this understanding to counsel clients proactively to avoid potential legal problems down the road.
Don is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association, and Dayton Bar Association, and is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Indiana. Don has been a speaker on business and construction topics to various groups both locally and nationally.
Don received his undergraduate degree from the University of Cincinnati and his law degree from the University of Dayton, graduating cum laude, where he was an associate editor of the University of Dayton Law Review.
